Climbing Mt. Yoga Series - Climbing up this mountain. Never thinking it's in vain. Sometimes rocks will tumble down and they'd get in our way. Piece by piece with awareness we cast them all aside. In Climbing Mt. Yoga III– A practice so simple with a flowing ease for your mind! The top of Mt. yoga resides within your mind in a meditative flow to transcend all that we know. In Climbing Mt. Yoga IV– HOLY HIPS!! Mentally and phsyically intense practice that combines sun salutation A, a powerful sun salutation B that seems to go on for the entire climb. Endure the climb and the awareness is more than bliss! Intermediate. (May/13)

The mental alignment is poised with Dalai Lama teachings, Buddhist passages and wisdom that only comes from experience. A dynamic flow emphasizing the breath. Going with the Flow III – Laugh or you might cry! This series advances the steps in Michael’s flowing routine. The alignment is yours physically; the mental alignment is poised with mindful presence. A slower pace physically, with a mental pace that can become deafening. A flow emphasizing the breath with minimal lunges. A comfortable balance and even a switch from leg to leg! Knowing the Advancement Series - The advancement in yoga is commonly associated with the physical. Any acrobat or gymnast can go further! More physical is not to be confused with more advanced; in my opinion less physical is more advanced. Knowing yourself, trusting yourself and working with yourself. With that said “Knowing the Advancement” is to be considered the advancement of yoga. Knowing yourself and your limitations physically and mentally. This is a practice with physical direction at a minimal level, philosophical direction is maximal. Roll out the mat, dim the lights, quiet the mind and flow with what is inside.- (90 minutes) - $10.95

In Advancement II: The second in the Knowing the Advancement Series. This class builds upon your existing practice of advancement. Fluid breath, intention and more stretch than before! Triangle Series – A non stop routine to build strength, focus, stamina and flexibility (mental & physical). All of this based on the triangle pose and it’s variations. Excellent routine when time is tight and you are ready to flow! - (60 minutes) - $10.95


In the triangle series: Total hamstrings! One leg, two legs and no legs. Take what you want out of Michael’s class that is rich with breath, strength and stretch. Gentle Balance Series - Those new to yoga can learn how to breathe and find their place in each asana without the vigorous movements. Instructions are at a heightened nurturing level to develop and grow in the practice. The experienced individual can find the quite time with themselves without all the continuous movements. For the days when a yoga practice time is limited or at the times when the yoga needs to be heightened. It all begins with a seat of the mind and a deep breath in! (55 mins) - $10.95


In Gentle Balance I: The first in the Gentle Balance Series. Take what you want out of this healing class that is rich with breath, intention and focus. Studio Info & Directions

The studio has changing rooms and bathrooms, as well as a place for your personal belongings.

There are no showers in the studio.

Please arrive to class 10-15 minutes early. Arriving on time shows respect for the practice.

Please turn off or silence your phone when you arrive. All cell phone use is to be done outside of the studio and reception area.

No shoes in the studio, please. Remove your shoes prior to entering the studio.

Please do not apply perfume, scented oils or lotions prior to entering or in the studio. Some students have odor sensitivities and/or allergies.

Classes are offered at $10 to $15 per class.

Yoga classes are not only physically demanding but also mentally challenging. Do bring a sense of humor. If you don't laugh, you'll cry!
